Below is my journey to feed my creative soul.
This was supposed to be croissants.
The butter block was not pliable. It shattered right after I locked it into the dough. Note to self: Buy the laser thermometer, just do it.
Two days into this recipe and one emotional battle later, I salvaged the ruined lamination and made it into a beautifully underbaked loaf that taught me the value of seeing opportunity in failure.
Trust the process
If you’re a perfectionist, learn to bake.
Whatever you do, keep trying. It’s so worth it.
