THE IDEA

Daron Babcock planted a garden in the middle of a food desert.

A simple act of kindness can redefine a neighborhood into a community.

THE RESULTS

I am incredibly proud of this project. It was a year long project leading a team of 10 ad professional volunteers.

We found the client, made the strategy, worked with local businesses in the industry to donate to the cause, made the creative brief, presented 2 creative concepts, produced the campaign, pushed the campaign live on local broadcast TV, paid social, programmatic, Dallas Victory Park OOH and Clear Channel billboards, got smiles and hugs from our grateful client, wrote a case study, memorized a 5 minute speech, competed in a national competition and won 2nd place.
